Position: Marketing Specialist Location: Nashville, TN (hybrid); travel domestically up to 5% of the time. Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager, North America. Department: North America Marketing. FLSA Status: Exempt. Position Summary The Marketing Specialist will help grow our Mass Channel and boost brand visibility. The role supports developing, deploying, and tracking marketing campaigns that drive sales online and in-store. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and experience in digital marketing, data reporting, and project management. They will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Mass Channel Account Managers to implement marketing plans effectively. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign data, creating and managing marketing collateral, overseeing the Mass Channel Asset Library, organizing presentations, and providing administrative support for various projects. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Sales Team on strategy. Provide administrative support for various projects. Attend weekly sales meetings to share updates and learn trends. Recommend and solicit feedback to improve sales. Audit and enhance product pages on retailer websites. Develop and deploy B2B and B2C marketing materials. Contribute to planning and implementation of retail marketing activities. Create collateral to boost brand visibility and customer experience. Edit, proofread, and improve content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product info and creative materials. Coordinate with the design agency for high-quality content production. Manage Mass Channel Asset Library and distribution. Create engaging content for retailers and optimize for SEO. Maintain a marketing initiative calendar aligned with sales strategies. Support promotional alignment with retailers selling calendars. Manage operational requests from Mass Retailers. Support yearly trade marketing plans for Mass Market Channels. Evaluate channel performance using sales data and track sales lift from marketing strategies. Stay informed of product, price, and pack changes; review points of sale for brand visibility and guideline adherence. Stay current on industry trends for new promotions. Qualifications/Requirements Proven work experience as a marketing specialist. Solid understanding of Marketing principles; experience driving digital and in-store sales preferred. Knowledge of Trade Marketing activities, tools, and techniques is preferred. Knowledge of SEO/SEM. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage. Experience in building personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. Knowledge of CX principles; ability to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity. Skills / Personal Qualifications Strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Design and creative literacy with the ability to brief and approve creative work. High attention to detail; outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities. Ability to collaborate to produce well-crafted content. Proficient in data analytics to identify insights and suggest improvements. Highly motivated, energetic, and communicative. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with learning agility and a growth mindset. Creative thinking, problem solving, and solution orientation. Team player with a growth mindset and customer focus. Strong organization and prioritization skills; keen eye for detail and creativity in marketing and retail. Education Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or Journalism concentration) from an accredited college or university. Work Environment / Travel Fast-paced and evolving environment with a hybrid work arrangement at our Nashville, TN HQ. Domestic travel up to 5% of the time for career fairs, dealer/mass meetings. Physical Requirements Occasionally move around the office to access facilities; remain stationary for up to 50% of the time. Retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds. Any additional physical requirements as needed.
