Job Summary/Objective The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing Centricity’s marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies. This role translates and communicates the marketing vision into specific projects, action plans, and tactics. The Marketing Manager assists with planning and developing marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions, while managing schedules and expenditures. The role oversees critical marketing functions to ensure support for programs and establishes data sources and analytical processes to track and evaluate strategies and initiatives.
Essential Functions While no two days are the same, here is a look at what you can expect
Lead the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions
Oversee content development, branding, and digital initiatives
Monitor customer metrics, competitor strategies, and industry trends
Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing goals
Manage all internal and external marketing and communication for Centricity and Centricity’s clients
Develop and execute on strategic marketing plans to attract potential clients and retain existing clients
Build brand awareness through engaging content and initiatives driven by digital marketing strategies
Manage vendor selection, budgets, and external partnerships
Understand industry and competitive SWOT and provide sales insight and recommendations
Provide direction on content creation and supporting materials for new and existing sales opportunities
Attend sales meetings and events with vendors, clients and potential clients, as well as conferences and tradeshows
Oversee development of Centricity.com
Maintain outsourced partnership with marketing agencies
Assist in new product development when appropriate
Analyze results and determine ROI for all marketing and sales integrated initiatives
Partner with Operations to gather and analyze customer insights
Determine potential strategic marketing partnerships
Prepare and participate in executive level meetings including annual strategy, QBRs, etc.
Act as a continuous source of created ideas and solutions
Travel 25% travel
Required Education, Skills And Experience 4-5 years of experience in marketing or communications type role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Advanced in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Intermediate in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Strong attention to detail within writing and design
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, analytics, and CRM software
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Strong ability to manage time and multiple projects at once
Must possess creative tendencies
Preferred Education And Experience Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot)
Marketing certifications or designations (CIM, AMA. Etc.)
