Lacy Katzen LLP is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to work hand in hand with our Managing Partner on special marketing projects, website optimization and strategy development.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with Managing Partner on 3-year strategic marketing plan.
Develops and implements brand messaging and taglines for website.
Vendor relations:
Partners with website developer regarding design, maintenance, functionality, social media and marketing best practices for Firm’s website.
Partners with third party vendor to create effective PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns – monitors and presents results to marketing committee.
Partners with print shop to develop and/or update collateral as needed.
Develops and revises website content, design and functionality.
Develops newsletter content and distributes via existing platform.
Maintains client email contact list.
Drives the Firm’s client review strategy to enhance brand trust and optimize search engine optimization (SEO).
Vets new marketing opportunities for the Firm and recommends to the marketing committee.
Manages marketing budget.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of Constant Contact
Working knowledge of GA4 with the ability to generate reports as needed
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint including animation and transitions.
Exhibit confidence as the firm’s marketing subject matter expert, which includes the ability to stay focused on strategic direction and challenge obstacles as they arise
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
Produce high quality accurate work
Excellent punctuation and grammar skills, attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines, strong organization and time management skills
Excellent verbal, written and influencing communication skills
