Overview Ten4, an industry-leading expert in the telecom and telecom channel space, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a newly created role and is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented professional with approximately 3 years of marketing experience and a strong understanding of the telecom sales channel . This role is hybrid and requires visits to our Baltimore, MD and Mt. Laurel NJ offices up to once a month, as well as representing the company at offsite industry or company events throughout the year.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Ten4’s brand growth and digital presence. You’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives through product communication, creation and refinement, social media, and website management. This role offers the opportunity to bring outsourced marketing functions in-house and build the foundation for a larger marketing team.

JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager
REPORTS TO: President
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Product Communication, Creation & Refinement – Collaborate with the Leadership team to contribute marketing insights during the product creation phase, ensuring offerings align with customer needs and market trends.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and market research to inform improvements and innovations.
Develop and execute messaging for product launches, updates, and campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
Translate technical features into easily digestible content for diverse audiences in collaboration with sales and account management teams.
Craft a range of materials (press releases, product sheets, decks, web copy, email newsletters, blog articles, case studies, FAQs).
Manage product communication calendars and ensure cross-team alignment.
Manage third-party graphic design resources for web and print content.
Train and support sales and customer-facing teams with up-to-date product knowledge and communication tools.
Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine communication strategies and inform future development.
Social Media Management Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions on LinkedIn and emerging channels.
Create, curate, and schedule on-brand content using a mix of organic and paid strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media analytics and adjust tactics based on KPIs and objectives.
Engage with the online community and foster positive brand sentiment.
Stay current with social media trends and platform updates.
Website Management Coordinate with a contracted web specialist to keep the company website current and aligned with brand standards.
Oversee day-to-day website management and content accuracy.
Collaborate with web designers, developers, and external agencies on updates, enhancements, and redesigns.
Develop and manage SEO strategies to maximize visibility and organic traffic.
Track website performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Ensure exceptional user experience across desktop and mobile.
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
Collaborate with HR to create/manage a careers page and maintain branding during recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
3+ years of marketing experience with proven responsibility for social media, product communication, and website management.
Strong knowledge of the telecommunications channel, including trends, suppliers, and regulatory environment.
Proven ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences and platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
Experience with CMS (WordPress, Drupal) and social media management tools (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Familiarity with HubSpot modules (Sales, Marketing, Social Media).
Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint).
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience managing third-party resources for non-core work.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Collaborative, adaptable, creative, and proactive team player.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions and reside in the continental United States.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
