Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator is an elevated Member Service Representative position and a leadership role within the gym. The primary responsibility is to execute the gym's social media strategy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Executing the Member Service Representative (MSR) job description
Leading the MSR team by example
Partnering with the General Manager (GM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), and marketing support on social media strategy
Managing campaigns such as like, share, comment initiatives
Overseeing the social media calendar
Posting content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Responding to engagement and contacting followers
Analyzing social media engagement metrics
Providing feedback on social media best practices
Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
