About Opportunity

This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in music administration and creative music publishing practices as part of the Publishing & Copyright team at Integrity Music.

Internship Responsibilities
  • Maintain and audit song catalog data for accuracy and consistency
  • Register song copyrights with the U.S. Copyright Office
  • Perform manual song claiming across global PROs and digital rights management platforms
  • Organize and maintain digital files and publishing documentation
  • Manage PRO claims and counterclaims queues
  • Complete manual song registrations across various global PRO and rights management systems
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude

Qualifications

Internship Requirements
  • Current student at an accredited university (GPA 3.0+)
  • For academic credit only
  • Basic understanding of music publishing and copyright law
  • Prior internship experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and research skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive, humble, and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with computer-heavy, meticulous tasks
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Passion for music, particularly Christian worship music, is a plus
