- Maintain and audit song catalog data for accuracy and consistency
- Register song copyrights with the U.S. Copyright Office
- Perform manual song claiming across global PROs and digital rights management platforms
- Organize and maintain digital files and publishing documentation
- Manage PRO claims and counterclaims queues
- Complete manual song registrations across various global PRO and rights management systems
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude

Qualifications
Internship Requirements
- Current student at an accredited university (GPA 3.0+)
- For academic credit only
- Basic understanding of music publishing and copyright law
- Prior internship experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, humble, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with computer-heavy, meticulous tasks
- Flexible and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Passion for music, particularly Christian worship music, is a plus
