POSITION: The Junior Photographer will follow and fulfill photo direction for all shoot types in line with Creative & Art directions. The Photographer should express their creativity and push boundaries to explore new concepts and lighting with guidance from Product Photographer. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES Product Photography- ecommerce photos, silos, social media content, and product photography. Ecom Imagery- Imagery that elevates the brands through storytelling. Images should be shot, formatted, and named to match project requirements. Social Media Content-The photographer will assist the digital media team with content collaboration and creation of assets, photo + video Catalogs + lifestyle= instruction and execution under direction of lead photographer File management- Images must be properly named and stored on server post shoots ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES White backgrounds Airtable SAP- Format all files for SAP upload Sales Assets –photographer will be tasked with product mockups for presentations when needed to assist graphic designers Switching a plant when needed from an image or changing the color Building out rack mockups and customer displays Studio Upkeep-Photographers are responsible for maintaining a clean studio space Company Imagery-Headshots, company events + parties Sample ordering-Responsible for ordering photography samples Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures. Assist with Catalogs and Brand Shoots: Support lead photographer on large shoots as an assistant, grip, and second shooter. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to serve as a role model and uphold the LiveTrends Vision, Mission, and Values. Proven professional shooting experience. Portfolio Required. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered. Proficient with traditional and modern equipment. Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One, Lightroom or other photography specific software. Shooting, lighting, and printing skills. Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques. Knowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applications. Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
