About The Opportunity We’re looking for a highly organized, intuitive, and proactive Photo Studio Coordinator to support our the team that produces all visual assets for our website and product imagery. This role blends traditional executive support with creative coordination, requiring someone who can seamlessly switch between project management and team collaboration. From scheduling travel, coordinating product sample logistics, to creating a welcoming environment, you'll play a key role in the behind-the-scenes magic that brings our visual content to life. Whether it’s managing last-minute travel changes, prepping for a campaign shoot, or helping maintain the creative rhythm of the studio, you’ll be a trusted right hand in all things logistics, communication, and flow. What You'll Be Doing Manage a dynamic schedule of campaign prep, events, and travel. Coordinate photo shoot logistics including bookings, model schedules, call sheets, location, and shoot prep. Coordinate all production sample logistics, acting as the liaison between the Production team and Photo team to ensure optimum communication, product management, and timely delivery Handle all travel logistics on behalf of the photo team—flights, accommodations, ground transport, and styled itineraries. Assist with content management: archiving images, file transfers, and communication with other teams. Maintain an organized digital and physical workspace—track invoices, contracts, receipts, and shoot-related paperwork. Ensure the photo team’s day runs smoothly—problem-solve on the fly, anticipate needs, and stay three steps ahead. Who You Are Experienced: 2+ years in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or coordinator role—bonus if you’ve worked in fashion or photography. Exceptionally Organized: You have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with various moving parts. Flexible & Unflappable: You stay calm under pressure and thrive in dynamic, ever-shifting environments. Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with cloud storage, scheduling tools, Google Workspace, and basic file organization. Bonus for familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Capture One. Aesthetic Awareness: You have a strong visual eye and an appreciation for style, design, and photography. A creative eye with an interest in photography, fashion, or content creation.
