Responsibilities Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement business and technical information technology solutions through appropriate software development life cycle methodology. Work on core technology-based systems (Developer - Core) and on custom off-the-shelf systems (Developer - COTS), as applicable. Handle niche technologies such as ecommerce systems and mobility/TPF terminology where relevant. Construct, test, and implement portions of IT solutions and participate in standard solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions. Use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business or technical problems. Apply specialized knowledge in a single discipline or cross-discipline functions. Interact with the customer to understand the business environment and technical context. Validate scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects.
