Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies, with content ranging from Originals and Exclusive content to live sports events. The team is building scalable digital supply chain capabilities globally to accelerate market position and reach. We are seeking a Sr. Digital Program Manager who can lead cross-functional partnerships with technical, product, and operations teams, drive process innovation, and navigate a complex environment with business and technical considerations.
In this role you will work with global cross-functional teams and technical teams, operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should be entrepreneurial, able to wear many hats, and comfortable in ambiguity while delivering results that improve efficiency and simplify experiences for global customers.
Key job responsibilities Be the subject matter expert for your assigned program.
Define value proposition, entitlement, and limitations to cross-functional teams.
Liaise between technical, business, and development teams to drive proactive and reactive customer and partner experience outcomes.
Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and prioritization based on severity and business judgment.
Deep dive into data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams.
Contribute creative, critical thinking to deliver short-term, scrappy solutions when needed.
Demonstrate flexibility and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
About the team The Troubleshooting Program team within Prime Video Global Operations designs programs that identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues impacting content experiences for customers. We collaborate with Product, Tech, Business, and Operations teams across India, Spain, Costa Rica, and Japan to build scaled solutions that improve the Prime Video customer experience.
Basic Qualifications 6+ years of program or project management experience, or a Master’s degree and 3+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines.
Experience dealing with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of industry experience.
Clear verbal/written communication, including the ability to communicate with both business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in Excel or SQL.
8+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management within large global organizations.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiences.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking abilities.
Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to stakeholders and executives as required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
