Compensation and Benefits Sales Ticket Writer - $500 - $1,000 Sign on Bonus (paid after 90 days of continuous employment). Base pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission. Hourly plus commission. Responsibilities Greet and create an exceptional first impression for guests. Offer & Sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships. Offer & Sell BLISS Single Wash Packages and Upgrades. Maintain a safe and clean work area; follow uniform appearance policy. Meet or exceed sales targets; provide excellent service to ensure a positive guest experience. Follow company safety protocols and work outdoors as required. Be a team player and maintain high standards of personal appearance. Follow directions and make decisions consistent with job functions. Other Responsibilities Load vehicles safely onto the conveyor; prep vehicles within company guidelines. Perform after-hours site cleaning according to the schedule (equipment, floors, walls, pits, vacuums, walkways, etc.). Qualifications Sales experience – REQUIRED. Knowledge & Skills Maintain the highest level of service. Adapt to high-volume retail in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to varied situations and hours. Ability to build great relationships with guests and co-workers through clear communication and follow-through. Work Schedule & Environment Full-time and part-time positions with varied hours/days as business dictates. Reports to the Site Manager. Work outdoors in a loud environment with exposure to vehicle fumes and cleaning solvents; temperature and conditions may vary. Physical demands include standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and operating related equipment.
