Location and Experience Location : Minneapolis - MN / Irving - TX Experience Required : 8+ years You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Responsibilities Design and develop responsive, scalable, and secure UI components using React Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements Implement automated testing and deployment scripts Ensure high-quality code, following best practices and industry standards Troubleshoot and debug UI issues Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers Qualifications 8+ years of experience in UI development with React Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI design principles Expertise in AWS services (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway) Experience with process automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Banking domain experience Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, MobX) Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Java Basics Certification in AWS or related technologies Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1) Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off 401(k) plan and contributions Long-term/Short-term Disability Paid Parental Leave Employee Stock Purchase Plan Disclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
