In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing both static and motion visual assets for advertising campaigns across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Your creativity will directly support our user acquisition efforts and contribute to the growth of our consumer products. Location: Remote (±4 hours CET) Responsibilities Design 2D static graphics such as banner ads for various digital platforms Create motion ads and animated video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels Stay current with visual and content trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok Apply solid principles of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics in video production Generate visuals using AI image generation tools Participate in team creative meetings and contribute original ideas to campaigns Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Strong command of static and motion graphic design principles Solid understanding of composition, color theory, and typography Expertise in video editing with a keen sense of animation timing and visual rhythm Experience using AI image generators and formulating effective prompts Strong creative thinking and ability to contribute original ideas Proficient in English (minimum B2 level) Portfolio showcasing both 2D graphic and motion work is required Nice to Have Familiarity with TikTok content trends Awareness of current developments in AI and creative tech tools Benefits Fully remote work flexibility Unlimited paid time off (PTO) Paid national holidays Company-provided MacBook Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement with benefits such as autonomy, tax advantages, and global work flexibility Fast-growing team with significant opportunities for professional development Equal Opportunity Ruby Labs is an equal opportunity employer.
