Responsibilities Media strategy and planning Actively participate in team kick-off and brainstorming meetings with the intention of bringing great ideas to life Independently develop strategic media plans to meet client goals and objectives Stay abreast of new technologies, trends and media consumptions habits Develop an understanding of planning tools available to support the media planning process Knowledge of digital and traditional media channels and how they work together to drive results Present strategies, plans, analysis and results to agency and client teams with confidence and credibility Campaign management & execution Build and manage paid digital media campaigns within various ad platforms, such as Google/Bing Ads and streaming audio and video services Effectively manage campaigns to ensure advertising is delivered as planned and on budget; monitor campaign performance against established marketing goals, budgets and metrics Work closely with the client team to ensure plan execution is consistent with overall marketing and communication objectives Negotiate and purchase all forms of paid media Establish relationships with media representatives Negotiate for best possible rates and added value Review invoices and delivery reports for accuracy Request makegoods as needed Traffic creative assets with accuracy and to meet deadlines Reporting & analysis Establish key performance metrics that accomplish client goals; analyze and report regularly to agency team and clients Well-rounded knowledge of campaign metrics and analytics tools Able to provide insightful observations and key learnings supported with data Communicate with internal and external teams to implement tracking strategies to effectively measure and report on campaign KPIs Create UTMs Coordinate pixel placements and goal conversions Consult on GTM and GA/GA4 configuration and troubleshooting Create custom data views and client reporting dashboards that effectively communicate the impact of media spend Ensure paid media expenses are tracked with accuracy on a monthly basis to confirm campaigns are pacing and spending to budget as planned Provide campaign optimization recommendations related to strategies, tactics, budgets, bidding, testing, targeting and creative Serve as a resource and trusted partner for clients Contribute to junior team members development by helping to train, onboard and monitor progress Share best practices, media principles and insights both internally and externally Education and skills 3+ years of experience in managing digital media campaigns, media planning and buying Knowledge of common paid media platforms, tools and related terminology Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study; agency experience a plus Exceptional organization and planning skills with great attention to detail Creative problem-solver who is curious and a critical-thinker Collaborative, responsive, supportive, agile and efficient Extremely high-level verbal and written communication skills and strong presenter Actively engaged in media and culture Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
