Lead UX Designer Ft. Meade Area, MD · Government/Military Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph Full-Time | Fully Funded | $180K - $190K | 40 Hours/Week Keep the Mission Running. Helm Point Solutions is a woman-owned cybersecurity and physical security firm supporting the nation’s most critical systems and infrastructure. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, security-cleared Lead UX Designer to support a program in the Ft. Meade area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and development activities to create the user experience for devices, tools, and systems. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Establish interactive conventions and assist in gathering user requirements Mock-up user experiences, participate in trade-off discussions with development teams and subject matter experts Analyze tool sets, create wireframes, and help customers imagine new interactive techniques and technologies Apply visualization and screen design expertise to craft a successful user experience What You Bring Required Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years as a UX Designer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, User Experience Design, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted Why Helm Point?
