As one of the first design hires, you’ll work directly with the founders, engineers, and customers to turn complex ideas into clear, delightful workflows. It’s an in-person role in San Francisco with a small startup that has raised over $5 million in seed funding. What You’ll Do

Own the

end-to-end product design process

from research, wireframes, and user flows to high-fidelity visuals and design systems. Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and customers to define and refine product requirements. Design experiences that balance

usability and business impact , especially for B2B users with complex needs. Establish and evolve the

design language and brand identity

of the product. Build feedback loops with users and drive a culture of design thinking across the company. Contribute to the overall product and company strategy as an early team member. What We’re Looking For

communication and collaboration skills . You can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable designs. Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), with an ability to create scalable design systems. A mindset of

ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement . Bonus Points

Experience working directly with engineers or building early-stage design systems. Exposure to no-code tools, AI products, or workflow automation platforms. Comfort with light front-end implementation (React, Tailwind, etc.) Why Join Us
