Job Title: Design Support
Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin
Type: Contract
Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid
Hours: 7am to 3:30pm, with a slight variation of 7:30am to 4pm if needed. Mondays and Fridays are in office, while Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday offer a hybrid schedule
System One is currently seeking a Design Support on a 6 month contract position located in Eau Claire, WI.
Design Support Responsibilities:

This role involves a lot of data entry, communication with internal and external customers, and working with limited supervision within a small team.

Will use various software, including Microsoft 365, outlook, Adobe, and Excel, to respond to customer needs and work with several internal departments to get projects started and completed.

Work closely with two other individuals on the process and may interact with up to 100 designers, helping build packets, track payments, and manage service installations.
Design Support Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and self-motivation

Knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam is a plus

Background in design, business or accounting is beneficial

Knowledge of specific systems like Smallworld for mapping and design systems is a preferred
