We’re Hiring: In-House Marketing Manager – San Diego

We are only considering candidates who have:

  • At least 5 years of proven marketing experience
  • Created original, high-performing content (not copied scripts from ChatGPT)
  • Led strategy, execution, and growth of a brand, start to finish
  • Are not currently running your own business or agency
  • Have not bounced between jobs every 3–6 months
  • Have held at least one stable role (2+ years) in your career: we value consistency and long-term thinking

About the Role

You’ll work directly with me, Dani, and our remote marketing team to lead and grow our brand. This isn’t a "post and pray" social media job, it’s a high-ownership, high-impact position for someone who thrives on strategy, creativity, and results.

You’ll be responsible for driving content creation (short-form & long-form), managing our email campaigns, leading brand growth, and overseeing our overall marketing direction. Our editing team helps with final polish, but you’ll own the creative process, content direction, and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate real leads, clients, and revenue
  • Build our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
  • Create engaging short-form and long-form content (video, blogs, email, etc.)
  • Manage email campaigns for nurturing, launches, and retention
  • Collaborate with our editing team to ensure consistent quality and tone
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns for growth and ROI

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience building or scaling a recognizable brand (must-have)
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, brand building, and content creation
  • Deep understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and digital strategy
  • Strong skills in short-form content, storytelling, and conversion copywriting
  • A self-starter with creativity, drive, and the ability to lead projects independently
  • Bonus: Real estate marketing experience
  • Nice to have: SEO knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000- $100,000

per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
