Salary: $160,000 – $180,000

With a small but ambitious team in New York and a global network of collaborators, this is a chance to shape the company’s creative voice across the U.S., Canada and Mexico, helping define how football connects with fans and culture in the region.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision in North America. This role is about more than running campaigns - you’ll be responsible for developing bold, original ideas, driving cultural relevance and ensuring the creative output resonates with fans and partners alike.
You’ll work closely with commercial, production and editorial teams to build high-impact content and activations, while mentoring and inspiring the creative team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance strategy, execution and cultural insight, becoming a central voice in the region’s football (soccer) storytelling.
Key Responsibilities Lead creative development across campaigns, original content, fan experiences and brand partnerships.
Set a high standard for creative output, ensuring ideas are strategic, culturally relevant and distinctive.
Partner with editorial, production and commercial teams to co-create content and campaigns that grow audience engagement.
Guide concepting, scripting, design direction and storytelling across multiple platforms, from social to experiential and digital media.
Build relationships with clients and partners, translating their objectives into innovative creative solutions.
Track trends in football (soccer), media and youth culture, ensuring all work is inclusive and reflects diverse perspectives.
Mentor and inspire creative teams, fostering collaboration, growth and performance excellence.
Establish processes that allow high-quality, scalable creative work across the North American operation.
Skills & Experience Considerable and demonstrable creative leadership in sports, media, entertainment, or brand environments.
Proven ability to develop integrated campaigns and original content across social, digital, experiential and film.
Strong portfolio showcasing bold, culturally relevant and fan-first creative work.
Knowledge of North American football (soccer) culture and its intersections with music, fashion and global communities.
Leadership and mentorship experience, with the ability to inspire teams and clients alike.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to pitch and defend ideas confidently.
Entrepreneurial mindset: enjoys experimenting with new formats, platforms and approaches to storytelling.
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
