Title: Influencer and Community Marketing Manager
Compensation: $90k - $120k DOE + Benefits
Location: 4 days a week, onsite/hybrid - Century City, CA
What You’ll Do
- Create and implement influencer and affiliate programs that align with brand campaigns and new product drops.
- Build lasting relationships with creators and partners across lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and digital culture.
- Oversee product seeding, collaborations, and gifting initiatives to generate authentic content and awareness.
- Analyze campaign results, track performance metrics, and identify new opportunities for reach and conversion.
- Support community initiatives designed to deepen customer loyalty and expand brand advocacy.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or community marketing (clothing, lifestyle, beauty industries preferred)
- Experience with UGC content output
- A strong grasp of digital trends, creator ecosystems, and data-informed campaign management.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to manage multiple creative partnerships simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for connecting people through thoughtful, on-brand storytelling.
