We’re launching a digital magazine—and we’re looking for a passionate, creative, and organized AssistantMagazine Lead to bring it to life! In this role, you'll oversee content planning, work with contributors, lead a small editorial team, and shape the voice of a publication made by and for young people . Think of it as being Editor-in-Chief of something meaningful. Responsibilities Lead the planning, editing, and publishing of our digital youth magazine (quarterly or biannually) Manage submissions and collaborate with youth writers, artists, and creators Coordinate a team of volunteers editors, designers, and contributors Help create themes, organize deadlines, and promote published issues Ensure all content aligns with our mission, values, and tone Disclaimer Our organization is youth-led, and we prioritize leadership opportunities for individuals aged 25 and under to ensure youth voices are centered.
