Role Summary

You’ll be the architect of our paid social creative testing system. From brainstorming hooks to shipping 100 ad variations, you’ll blend analytical rigor with hands‑on creative execution. We’re looking for someone who can own the testing and iteration behind our Facebook/Meta ad engine. We’ve seen some promising early results from Meta and are now looking for someone to take that foundation and scale it.

This role is part A/B testing, part creative strategy. You’ll be deeply involved in crafting new hooks and visuals, running structured experiments, and quickly doubling down on what works. Your work will directly shape how we attract, convert, and scale our customer base.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and run structured ad tests on Facebook/Meta (e.g., 100 ads/week → identify winners → iterate fast).
  • Develop creative concepts and variations — testing new hooks, visuals, copy, and layouts.
  • Collaborate with design support (e.g., Figma assets) to turn ideas into testable ad units.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates) and make data‑driven calls quickly.
  • Build a systematic process for rapid creative iteration and scaling.
  • Stay plugged into cultural trends, memes, and competitor ads to inspire new ideas.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years in paid social marketing, creative strategy, or performance marketing (agency, DTC brand, or fast‑moving startup).
  • Strong understanding of the Facebook/Meta ad platform and how creative drives performance.
  • Analytical + creative mindset — you can read a CTR chart and instantly come up with 10 new hooks.
  • Hands‑on execution skills (copywriting, basic Figma/Canva, briefing designers).
  • Operates with urgency — excited to test, learn, and iterate at high velocity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running ads on TikTok, YouTube, or other paid social platforms.
  • Prior experience at a performance agency or growth marketing team.
  • Background in high‑volume ad environments (100+ tests/week).
