Base pay range
$65,000 - $87,500 per year

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
- Lead and manage a team of six associates with coaching and performance oversight
- Develop and manage budgets and financial reporting to meet NOI targets
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and internal policies
- Drive leasing performance and occupancy through strategic marketing
- Maintain property standards through inspections and service coordination
- Implement resident retention programs and resolve escalated concerns
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite, and lease administration
