Key Responsibilities

• • AI‑Generated Ads & Visuals: create engaging video ads, memes, and static content across paid and organic platforms.
• • AI Content Ideation & Experimentation: stay on top of viral trends, test new formats, and develop AI scripts and voice‑overs using ElevenLabs.
• • AI Tools & Innovation: master Sora, Runway, Midjourney, Higsfield, ArcAds, and research emerging tools.
• • Collaboration & Workflow: partner with UGC, social, and paid teams; pitch ideas; maintain organized project files.
• • Performance & Continuous Improvement: review performance data, iterate quickly, and document best practices for a scalable AI creative system.

Qualifications

• Must‑Haves
  • AI Prompt Engineering Mastery – precise, creative results across multiple tools.
  • Advanced AI Creative Tool Expertise – Runway, Sora, Google Veo, Midjourney, Higsfield, ElevenLabs, ArcAds.
  • High‑Output Creator – large volume while maintaining creative variety.
  • Strong Communication Skills – fast feedback loops and collaborative ideation.
  • Trend Awareness – deep understanding of viral video mechanics.
  • Portfolio Required – showcase of AI‑generated visuals, videos, or creative experiments.
• Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience creating paid‑ad or viral‑campaign content (Huge plus).
