Job Title

highly creative, data-driven Paid Ads Specialist

Please have your portfolio on your resume. We’re looking for someone who can pair data-driven strategy with creative execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain an efficient, scalable paid media strategy for clients across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with clients—providing regular updates on campaign status, performance, goals, and optimizations
• Build strong relationships and rapport with clients through transparency and collaboration
• Interact comfortably with all levels of an organization, from marketing coordinators to executives
• Stay on top of industry best practices, client vertical trends, and new advertising technologies
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards and reporting tools, highlighting key insights tied to client goals
• Evaluate campaign results and performance across all relevant channels, identifying opportunities for growth
• Collaborate closely with internal team members to align strategy and creative execution
• Communicate proactively with team and management on project development, timelines, and performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad concepts and visuals
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a passion for performance data
• Strong communication and organization skills
