Interior Designer | Augusta, GA We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer with a keen sense of color to join our client's team. This role requires strong design skills, technical know-how, and project management from start to finish. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment for a firm that creates interiors for all areas of corporate, hospitality, and residential design. Responsibilities Attend client meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs Participate in and lead portions of design development, including concept creation, space planning, material and finish selections, and FF&E specifications Create and manage construction documents, floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Ability to create a visually harmonious and cohesive interior through selection of all fabrics, furnishings, finishes, and interior details within collaborative environment Create specifications during sourcing selections for procurement and budgeting within in-house software Coordinate with client, other team members for project management, vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met through execution Prepare electronic presentation of selected materials, and 3D renderings Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and sustainability practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design (commercial and/or residential) Keen sense of color, composition, and visual balance Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and other 3D modeling software Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and finishes Understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and construction practices Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively #J-18808-Ljbffr
