Responsibilities The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. Be part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
