Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As our Paid Media Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our paid media campaigns.

You will lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on campaign management, and performance reporting to drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
  • Help develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall digital growth objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and others.
  • Help conduct audience research, keyword planning, targeting, and segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns regularly to improve key performance indicators like CPA, CPC, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare and share performance reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative services and cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities to ensure best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Maintain open and proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of their business goals and align campaign strategies to meet those objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact with the paid media agency, facilitating seamless collaboration, providing direction, and ensuring the execution aligns with overarching business priorities.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend while achieving targets.
  • Provide strategic input for broader digital initiatives and support testing new channels, audiences, or tactics.
Qualifications

Experience:
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in paid media or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic channels.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies, results, and recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.
