About the Role
T‑Studios, T‑Mobile’s in‑house creative team, is hiring a Senior Photographer with a strong portfolio in live events, lifestyle, and portrait photography. The role requires expert knowledge of studio strobe lighting, post‑production workflows, and studio management. You’ll collaborate with producers and creatives to deliver high‑quality, brand‑aligned visual content across a variety of formats. Travel is required for on‑location shoots and event coverage. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented team player with a passion for storytelling and creative exploration. This position is located in Bellevue, WA and requires a hybrid schedule of at least 3 days per week in office.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute company events across the country.
- Expertise in studio and environmental portraits.
- Provide strong direction to talent and collaborate with creative teams while depicting real‑life authentic environments.
- Plan, manage, and organize photography studio and gear.
- Assess color and quality of images. Post‑production workflow includes ingest, asset organization, converting RAW to JPEG, editing, metadata entry, and production of contact sheets.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Photography or related field. Equivalent experience accepted. (Required)
- 2+ years expertise with use of studio strobe lighting. (Required)
- 7+ years experience producing various types of photo shoots. (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Solid understanding of editing software including Photoshop and Lightroom, and the ability to quickly learn and use new technology as it becomes available. (Required)
- Experience with PhotoMechanic and Capture One. (Preferred)
- Strong expertise in professional photographic equipment, including Canon gear. (Required)
- Strong organizational skills, consistently delivering high‑quality work through efficient planning, gear management, and streamlined production workflows. (Required)
- Open to traveling up to 50%. (Required)
- Must provide a portfolio: website or examples of published work. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
- Valid Driver’s license or any form of valid ID. (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $76,000 – $137,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
