Pay: $28-$33/hr

Multiple Shifts Available:

• Monday - Friday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Sunday - Thursday
• Shift hours may vary. Flexibility required.

As a Customs Entry Writer, you'll support the customs brokerage team by preparing and processing import documentation to ensure timely clearance through U.S. Customs. This entry-level role is perfect for detail-oriented candidates interested in global trade, compliance, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit import documentation to U.S. Customs and partner agencies
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for accuracy
• Enter shipment and client data into internal systems
• Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal teams to gather missing documentation
• Learn and apply customs regulations and classification procedures (HTS)
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery
• Assist senior team members with daily tasks and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• No customs experience needed - training provided
• Interest in international trade, logistics, or imports/exports a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
