About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our Team in Austin, TX.

In this role, you will work directly with development teams in a cross‑functional, distributed environment. You will need a technical background that enables you to work effectively with software development engineers, product managers, and program managers. In addition, you will need excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality technical publications. Finally, you'll need an interest in developing, using, and describing AI tools that accelerate developer workflows and technical writing itself.

This team builds the product workflows behind our customer’s iconic products. This team owns and advocates for the underlying design elements, product development platforms/components, and infrastructure. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation.
