We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative
Graphic Arts Project Manager
to lead graphic workflows across internal and external accounts. This role plays a key part in new product development and the transition of printed materials from concept to execution, launch, and digital archiving.
*Position is 4 days a week on-site*
Functions of the Position:
Manage and prioritize schedules for private label and branded packaging projects, including template development, concept reviews, artwork production, and print execution.
Create and adapt graphics for commercialization and new packaging formats; support updates and mockup fulfillment.
Use Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools (e.g., Product Vision) to manage digital assets and archives.
Collaborate with agency partners to ensure packaging graphics meet brand and regulatory standards.
Lead print execution initiatives including paper selection, ink approvals, specialty print options, and tooling.
Partner with customers, marketing agencies, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
Review and approve artwork for compliance and printability before release to prepress and print vendors.
Conduct final quality assurance checks and manage proof approvals.
Create dyelines and verify packaging assembly requirements.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a graphics-related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphics project management, with a strong focus on print execution.
Experience in packaging artwork production for commercialization is a plus.
Familiarity with the print industry, including prepress production and print applications (digital, offset, flexographic).
Background in artwork production within a corporate commercialization environment.
Experience as a production artist in a consumer products company is a plus.
Proficient in Macintosh operating systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear and effective oral and written communication abilities.
