Overview Surface Experts Boston and South provides surface repair services for bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, appliances, and more. We repair damaged surfaces with precision and high-quality customer service. We are hiring full-time Creative Repair Specialists to meet growing demand. Base pay and compensation Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr Compensation: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour What You’ll Do Repair and restore bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, and other surfaces, making them look like new. Assess damage, recommend repair solutions, and use tools and materials with confidence. Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand needs and exceed expectations. Maintain an organized work environment and keep the service vehicle neat and stocked. What We’re Looking For A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail. A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets; training provided if needed. Familiarity with hand tools and an interest in mechanical or repair work. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong work ethic.
