Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces using ReactJS or AngularJS.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design consistency and quality.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions and optimizations.
- Ensure design guidelines and standards are implemented consistently across various platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong expertise in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
