As a Senior Designer on our Subscriptions platform, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through optimized user experiences. You\'ll focus on reducing friction in conversion funnels, expanding product adoption across user segments, and creating seamless experiences across platforms with special attention to mobile web. Your work will directly impact key business metrics while ensuring subscribers enjoy intuitive, valuable experiences throughout their journey. To accelerate the development and delivery of our AI-powered products , we are seeking a contract Senior Designer with deep expertise in high-fidelity visual and interaction design . The ideal candidate will bring advanced skills in Figma for visual design and Adobe After Effects for motion and interaction prototyping, enabling the team to rapidly iterate and optimize for end-to-end AI design. Responsibilities Drive UX strategy for subscription growth initiatives, identifying friction points and optimization opportunities Develop and socialize a vision for mobile web subscription experiences Partner with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to define and track growth metrics Translate business goals into effective UX strategies that drive conversion and retention Design and optimize subscription acquisition funnels across platforms Create and test onboarding experiences that clearly communicate subscription value Develop mobile-first solutions that adapt elegantly across device types Ensure subscription touch-points integrate seamlessly with the broader product ecosystem Create flexible frameworks that support various subscription models and pricing tiers Contribute to a design system that scales across platforms with emphasis on mobile web Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and test growth experiments Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation across platforms Communicate design decisions clearly, supporting them with research and data Deliver high-fidelity visual design and motion/interaction prototypes for AI-powered product experiences Use Figma and Adobe After Effects to create compelling, production-ready design assets that accelerate experimentation and delivery Qualifications 10+ years of UX design experience with demonstrated impact on growth metrics Strong portfolio showcasing subscription and conversion optimization work Proven expertise in high-fidelity visual and interaction design Advanced proficiency in Figma (visual design) and Adobe After Effects (motion/interaction prototyping) Experience designing for mobile web and responsive experiences Experience in A/B testing and experiment-driven design Demonstrated end-to-end delivery in subscription, commerce, or fintech domains Cross-Platform Expertise: Strong background in responsive web and native mobile design Research & Testing: Skilled in designing and running user research, usability, and A/B programs Systems Thinking: Designed and maintained products with global reach, focusing on accessibility and consistency Collaboration: Effective cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and mentorship Communication: Strong in persuasive storytelling, design reviews, and advocating for UX Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries: Technology, Information and Internet Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Braintrust by 2x Get notified about new Senior Product Designer jobs in New York, NY . #J-18808-Ljbffr
