Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Specialist for one of the largest South Korean beauty brands in Irvine, CA! A skincare company dedicated to providing high-quality, science-backed products that enhances natural beauty.

This individual will play a key role in project management of marketing projects from start to finish under the guidance of the Marketing Director, as well as manage social media channels.

Location: Irvine, CA 92618

Schedule: 9:30AM-5:30PM, Mon-Fri

Duties:

• Team:

• Receive Creative Briefs and schedule kick-off meeting with Client(s) as needed.

• Track the project's progress through the various marketing departments such as copywriting, design, web, translations, etc.

• Manage organization of Marketing Team's document storage (Sharepoint) and Creative Storage (Dropbox) to ensure an up-to-date shared archive is maintained.

• Content Creation:

• Create copy for marketing materials as needed, such as social media pieces, blogs, web, product & brand marketing materials, video scripts, and more.

• Represent company in promotional & educational videos to be used on social media outlets, at events, and more.
• Communications:
• Assist with creation of, and manage completion of, communications plans for product launches, promotions & events.
• Manage Instagram and other social media channels, including content creation, engagement with followers, and monitoring for potential compliance issues.
• Brand Identity:
• Assist Director of Marketing in upholding brand messaging and collateral (including company and product representation on print, video, web, social media, digital assets and more) for current and new product offerings.

• Event Support:

• Manage event-related creative projects as needed.

• Travel to support event management needs as needed.

Profile:

• 3+ years (minimum) marketing experience - beauty, wellness or consumer-facing brand backgrounds will resonate strongest.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, creative environments - a lot of moving pieces, cross-functional collaboration (IT, product, creative, global teams).
• Project management experience - coordinating with stakeholders and keeping creative projects on track.
• Bonus - Experience building decks, video content, event collateral, social media campaigns, testimonials, panels, etc.
• Comfortable using Asana, Teams, or similar tools - digital-first team culture.
• A creative project manager who can lead execution AND jump into content when needed.
• High initiative, polished communication, can interface with executive-level leaders.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, or Spanish is a plus (not required).
