Job Description:\n\nGENERAL POSITION INFORMATIONJOB TITLE: Graphic and Digital Content DesignerDEPARTMENT: Marketing and New Business DevelopmentIMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Vice President of Marketing and AdvertisingCLASSIFICATION: Exempt POSITION NATURE Design, produce, and coordinate visual and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, corporate events, and digital presence, ensuring brand consistency across multiple business lines. Responsible for creating and designing visual and digital content for campaigns, as well as handling technical functions for event setups, photo and video production, and digital content such as podcasts. This role includes creating visual content for social media, updating the company’s website designs, and producing graphic materials for events and promotions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop graphic and digital content; design artwork for social media, logos, brands, email marketing campaigns, printed materials, billboards, stands, presentations, ads, videos, and promotional pieces.Develop infographics, brochures, product sheets, and corporate visuals.Maintain updated brand guidelines and sub-brand visual lines.Create and adapt designs for different business units or internal accounts such as medical equipment and laboratories.Document events, trainings, meetings, conventions, and conferences through photography and video capture/editing, including institutional content, testimonials, and commercial or internal use materials, and publish promptly on social media.Record, edit, and produce short videos for campaigns, Reels, YouTube, or WhatsApp Business.Coordinate, produce, and edit corporate podcasts, including script, audio, imagery, and visual editing.Develop, create, and exercise judgment in decision-making regarding required pieces or collaborations.Collaborate with other departments and divisions to ensure brand consistency across all graphic materials. This includes but is not limited to: a. Consulting with the relevant operational team—Sales, Specialized Sales, Marketing and New Product Development, Applications Specialists, Service Technicians, Hospital and Industrial Divisions—to understand products and communication needs, ensuring designs require minimal revisions under the guidance of the VP of Marketing and Advertising. b. Collaborating on new proposals and suggesting innovative ideas for campaigns, including participating in meetings with internal clients to discuss project requirements and designs, ensuring clear understanding of project assignments, messaging, and target audiences. c. Proposing to the VP, Marketing and Advertising Manager, and/or relevant management campaigns, projects, and initiatives to maximize business opportunities across social media, online platforms, print, mail, and other multimedia.Design and prepare visual material for events, including but not limited to screens, banners, backdrops, credentials, and folders.Coordinate with vendors as needed to discuss or receive recommendations on graphic pieces to be produced or published. This includes supervising vendor work to ensure alignment with established designs and visual communication principles, particularly the effectiveness of messages such as “Calls to Action.”Keep the company website graphically updated.Create drafts, concept sketches, iconography, and layouts for presentation to internal clients for review, discussion, and approval.Select images, graphics, artwork, and photos, and make modifications or enhancements as appropriate.Select appropriate typography for written or published materials and present examples to internal clients for review and approval.Evaluate campaigns and messages requested by internal clients and provide recommendations for management approval, including the most effective communication methods and techniques.Develop and distribute sales, marketing, and training materials according to internal client specifications.Protect data integrity and normal operational flow by strictly maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive and non-public information without prior, explicit authorization from the relevant ELT member or client.Consistently demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy, business etiquette, and deliver the highest-quality customer service to all stakeholders: employees, contractors, consultants, clients, vendors, visitors, and prospects.Actively contribute to cultural transformations, as well as to maintaining the company’s mission and achieving its vision; exemplify through performance and behavior the philosophy of efficiency culture, Bionuclear’s values, and the principles of top-quality internal and external customer service. INCIDENTAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESStay up to date on industry developments and best practices.Generate project plans and progress status reports.Maintain complete, organized, and updated visual resources, image banks, campaign versions, and files, including those requiring external contracting and expenditures, ensuring at least three quotes are obtained for all external work and prior written approval is secured from the supervisor and/or relevant management.Collaborate in brainstorming processes, content planning meetings, and design reviews through to final approval.Understand and apply crisis management strategies and best practices, ensuring alignment of created materials with audience retention and engagement objectives.Collaborate on the visual setup of booths, health fairs, launches, and internal activities.Demonstrate through conduct and performance a strong commitment to enhancing the customer experience and ensuring operational efficiency.Create graphic artwork for materials distributed or shared digitally at conventions and conferences.Create and design artwork for calendars, specials, and digital product catalogs.Collaborate by proposing ideas and supporting the proper maintenance of the company’s corporate image and brand across all types of publications, print, and presentations.Coordinate with contractors for promotional items, as well as communications and graphic design projects.Research product attributes on manufacturer websites and/or manuals, and collaborate with Marketing, New Business Development, Diagnostic Sales, Specialized Sales, Hospital, and Industrial teams to develop brand messaging.Complete required documentation and maintain responsible, honest, timely, professional, and courteous communication with supervisors, coworkers, internal clients, and vendors as applicable.Coordinate, assist, and/or participate in work meetings, operational and/or corporate committees, staff development activities, corporate events, and conventions.Perform other tasks as needed. EDUCATION Associate degree in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, Visual Communication, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing similar functions, particularly in graphic design, multimedia content, and website design. Responsable de graficar o diseñar el contenido visual y digital de las campañas, así como de las funciones técnicas en el montaje de eventos, producción de fotos, vídeos y contenido digital como podcasts. Este rol incluye la creación de contenido visual para redes sociales, la actualización de diseños de las páginas web de la empresa y la producción de materiales gráficos para eventos y promociones. DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES DEL PUESTO 1. Desarrollar contenidos gráficos y digitales, diseñar artes para redes sociales, logos, marcas, campañas de mercadeo por correo electrónico, materiales impresos, vallas, estands, presentaciones, anuncios, vídeos y piezas publicitarias. 2. Desarrollar infografías, folletos, hojas de producto y visuales corporativos. 3. Mantener actualizada las líneas gráficas de la marca y de las sub-marcas. 4. Crear y adaptar diseños para distintas unidades de negocio o cuentas internas, tales como: equipos médicos y laboratorios. 5. Documentar eventos, adiestramientos, reuniones, convenciones, conferencias, entre otros, mediante la captura y edición de fotografías y vídeos institucionales, testimonios y contenido para uso comercial o interno, incluyendo en las redes de manera expedita. 6. Grabar, editar y montar vídeos cortos para campañas, Reels, YouTube o WhatsApp Business. 7. Coordinar, producir y editar podcasts corporativos, incluyendo guion, audio, imagen y montaje visual del contenido. 8. Desarrollar, crear y utilizar su criterio para la toma de decisiones en relación con las piezas o colaboraciones requeridas. 9. Colaborar con los demás departamentos y divisiones para asegurar la coherencia de la marca en todos los materiales gráficos. Esto incluye, pero sin limitarse a: a. Consultar al equipo operacional correspondiente, ya sea Ventas, Ventas Especializadas, Mercadeo y Desarrollo de Nuevos Productos, Especialistas de Aplicaciones, Técnicos de Servicios, división Hospitalaria y división Industrial para comprender los productos y las necesidades a comunicar cuando sea necesario obtener una visión más clara siguiendo la guía del Vicepresidente de Mercadeo y Publicidad, asegurando que grafica con los menos cambios posibles. b. Esto incluye, pero sin limitarse a, participar en reuniones con clientes internos para discutir los requerimientos y diseños de un proyecto o tarea asegurando su entendimiento sobre la asignación de proyectos, el mensaje y la audiencia que se quiere impactar. c. Proponer al Vicepresidente y/o al Gerente de Mercadeo y Publicidad y/o a los gerenciales pertinentes campañas, proyectos e iniciativas para maximizar las oportunidades del negocio, lo puede incluir, pero sin limitarse a, medios sociales y en línea, medios impresos y correo, entre otros multimedios. 10. Diseñar y preparar material visual para eventos, lo que incluye sin limitarse a, pantallas, pancartas o carteles (“banners”), fondos escénicos (“backdrops”), credenciales y folders. 11. Coordinar con suplidores, según sea necesario, para discutir o recibir recomendaciones relacionadas con las piezas gráficas (artes) que se van a producir o publicar. Esto incluye, supervisar el trabajo realizado conforme los artes y diseños establecidos. Esa revisión de artes debe considerar principios de técnicas de comunicación visual y en especial la efectividad de los mensajes, como por ejemplo los “Call to Action”. 12. Mantener actualizado gráficamente el sitio web de la empresa. 13. Crear borradores, bosquejos de conceptos, iconografías diseños (“layouts”) a presentar a los clientes internos para su evaluación, discusión revisión y aprobación. 14. Seleccionar imágenes, gráficas, artes y fotografías y hacer alteraciones o mejoras según sea apropiado. 15. Seleccionar el tipo de letra apropiado para la producción de material escrito o publicado en los medios y presentar los ejemplos al cliente interno para su evaluación y aprobación. 16. Evaluar las campañas y mensajes solicitados por los clientes internos y emitir sus recomendaciones para la consideración y aprobación del gerencial correspondiente, incluyendo los métodos y técnicas de comunicación más efectivos. 17. Desarrollar y distribuir materiales de ventas, mercadeo y adiestramientos según las especificaciones del cliente interno. 18. Proteger la integridad de los datos y el flujo normal de las operaciones, manejando y manteniendo bajo estricta confidencialidad toda información sensitiva y confidencial que no sea publicada y/o que no deba estar accesible a otras personas, sin la previa y debida autorización explícita del miembro correspondiente del ELT o del cliente concerniente. 19.
