Role Overview As the Web Content Manager for FIFA World Cup 2026™ Hospitality, you will oversee the content strategy, management, and delivery for the Official FIFA World Cup 2026™ Hospitality website. This includes managing all marketing content published on our CMS platform (WebFlow), coordinating the content calendar, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals. You will play a key role in organizing, curating, and maintaining web content to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and publish all marketing content on the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Hospitality website using the content management system (WebFlow), ensuring seamless updates and accurate presentation of content.

Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of the web content calendar, ensuring that all content is published according to schedule and aligned with the FIFA World Cup 2026™ event timelines.

Curate and publish web content, including landing pages, event descriptions, hospitality packages, and promotional materials, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging for FIFA World Cup 2026™ customers.

Work closely with Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Product teams to gather content requirements and ensure consistency with brand guidelines and customer needs.

Regularly audit the website to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the latest event details and offerings.

Maintain editorial standards for all web content, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and voice across all digital touchpoints.

Monitor and report on the performance of web content using basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush) to ensure content effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategies.

Regularly update and optimize content to ensure that it remains fresh, relevant, and engaging for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ audience.

Partner with teams handling social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in web content management, editorial roles, or digital marketing, preferably within the sports, travel, or hospitality industries.

Proven expertise in managing content on CMS platforms such as WebFlow; experience with Contentful, WordPress, or other platforms is a plus.

Strong understanding of content strategy, editorial planning, and content calendar management.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Experience in editorial oversight, ensuring consistent, high-quality content production.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with web analytics and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track and report on content performance.

A passion for sports, particularly FIFA World Cup 2026™, and an interest in the hospitality and event industries.

Solid understanding of SEO best practices, specifically in content and editorial planning.

Familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum: $90,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum: $120,000 annually
