Overview We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify & Klaviyo Content Specialist to support our marketing efforts across email and web. This role is responsible for building and optimizing newsletters, articles, emails, and the website. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to ensure content is engaging, visually aligned, and delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy weekly newsletters, emails, articles, and website updates Implement and manage website updates and theme changes Collaborate with the team to bring content to life across the website and email Partner with the creative team to define visual requirements (e.g., padding, leading, spacing) Continuously optimize newsletter layouts and website content for performance and user experience Create visually appealing graphics and design elements for newsletters and email campaigns Lead project management across the content development cycle Requirements Proficient in Klaviyo and Shopify Demonstrated experience building and deploying newsletters in Klaviyo Experience publishing blog content using Shopify via Bloggle Strong eye for detail and ability to work within established design systems Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or a similar software Strong visual design skills with an eye for layout, color, and typography Ability to create graphics optimized for email platforms and responsive design Flexible to optimization based on performance metrics #J-18808-Ljbffr In Summary: We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify & Klaviyo Content Specialist to support our marketing efforts across email and web .
