Job Type: Contract (6 Months – Possible Extension)

Job Description
Client of San Francisco is seeking three (3) Mid-Level UI/UX Designers to support its Digital Platforms Team. This role is hands-on and collaborative, requiring interaction with engineering, business, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable internal user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate on designs
- Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency and scalability
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
- Apply UX best practices in all phases of design
- Stay current with industry tools, trends, and methods
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design work
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)
- Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Proto.io, etc.)
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
- Experience with Design Thinking methodologies
