Video Content Creator Co‑op – January 2026

Boston, MA – 4 days in‑office (Mon‑Thu) + 1 remote Friday. Pay $23.00 per hour. Program dates: Jan 5 2026 – Jun 19 2026.

What You’ll Do

• Create end‑to‑end video content tailored to the needs of the GLOSS team.
• Conceptualize, shoot, edit and deliver high‑quality videos that communicate key safety messages, training materials and security protocols.
• Work cross‑functionally with a variety of internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, graduating between Dec 2026 – May 2029, with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the co‑op.
• Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9 am‑5 pm, Mon‑Fri) from Jan 5 to Jun 19 2026 in our Boston office.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Visa sponsorship includes the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H‑1B, H‑1B1, E‑3, O‑1, J‑1, or TN.
• Ability to travel one to two times per month for one to three days at a time. This travel (transportation (air and ground), lodging and per diem) is reimbursable following Wayfair’s corporate expense policies, and all travel will be booked through our internal travel platform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with video content creation.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Must be able to work well with deadlines and pivot quickly.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling visual content.
• Takes initiative and is creative/innovative in solving problems.
• Strong comfort level and appetite to use AI in daily workflow.
• Ability to work as part of a team to preview videos and receive feedback.
