Key Responsibilities

  • Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions with revenue experience
  • Develop annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals/objectives
  • Develop omnichannel media plans, campaign strategies, and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line
  • Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data driven approach
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon
  • Work cross‑functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
  • Experience in omni‑channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization
  • Experience with problem solving and disruptive innovation, developing technology programs and working across customer organizations
  • Effectively analyze data and insights to present strategic and tactical plans to advertisers
  • Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business
  • Experience working effectively across cross‑functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
  • Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation
  • Experience in the advertising, media or agency landscape, and proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay for this position ranges from $56,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $108,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
