Job Description

Our client is looking for a Social Content Creator to help bring life across social media. You’ll take creative direction from the Social Lead and turn ideas into high-quality, scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Execute social content concepts provided by the Social Lead — from quick-turn cultural moments to planned campaign posts.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Capture crave-worthy visuals — saucy food shots, fan reactions, in-store energy, and playful brand moments.
• Edit content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro to match brand look and pacing.
• Write or refine captions, hooks, and on-screen copy.
• Apply feedback quickly and adapt edits or reshoots as direction evolves.
• Keep a pulse on current sounds, filters, and trends, flagging relevant ones to the social team.
• Help organize and tag content for reuse across social channels and campaigns.
• Support influencer and creator collaborations with content capture or editing assistance.
• Maintain a consistent company aesthetic and brand voice across all social content.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience creating short-form social content for a brand, agency, or personal channel.
• Proven ability to film and edit engaging video content using iPhone or DSLR.
• Strong technical editing and storytelling skills — you know how to make a few seconds count.
• Ability to take creative direction and translate it into clean, on-brand execution.
• Familiarity with current social trends, formats, and creator culture.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable — you thrive on feedback and fast turnarounds.
• Passion for bringing a brand’s personality to life on social media.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working with brand or campaign guidelines.
• Comfort being on camera or directing simple shoots.
• Knowledge of lighting, sound, and production basics for social capture.

Compensation

$20-$25/hour
