Nashville Public Radio is hiring: Newsletter Editor in Germany

Do you have excellent writing and project management skills? We are seeking a Newsletter Editor to join our financial client’s team to manage the content development planning for custom newsletters.

This is a fully remote contract opportunity approved for 1 year in length.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for content development planning for custom newsletters for several Market Leaders to communicate with teams in their market on a monthly or bi-monthly cadence.
• The editor will meet monthly with the Market Leaders to plan content and then write and edit 2-3 stories per issue.
• Then they will secure any internal approvals including Compliance approval and proof the newsletter for publication.
• The editor will work with the editorial team to schedule the newsletters for posting and input the content into the platform.
• The editorial team will publish the newsletter at the agreed upon time.

To Be Successful

• 6+ years of editorial experience
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Active listening to ensure the Market Leader’s voice and ideal content is planned for in the newsletter.
• Excellent writing skills, no jargon or corporate talk – adhering to the firm’s principles and style guide
• Strong organizational skills to juggle newsletters in various stages of the process and proactive communication to manage deadlines and pivot if deadlines need to be adjusted
