Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Greet and engage with customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
    • Assist customers in finding suitable products based on their needs and preferences
    • Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Fashion Advisory (Sales):
    • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and trends
    • Educate customers on product care, fitting, and styling options
    • Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and store events
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
    • Maintain client records and follow up with personalized communications
    • Notify customers about new products, events, and promotions

Requirements:

  • No experience welcomed.
  • Proven experience in luxury fashion retail or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen sense of style.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-end retail environment.
  • Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands.
