Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) provided pay range: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr.

Job Title: Graphic Designer 3, Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid), Work Duration: 06 Months (Possibilities of Extension).

Graphic Design

• Will work with Graphic Designers that create the design, but this person will put together the schematics of the design that will be sent to factories for production.
• Assists with ideation, concept development, and branding.
• Leads team projects and works independently to complete individual projects.
• These projects include, but are not limited to the development of print, packaging, 3-D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
• Effectively uses computerized systems in design process.

Project Management

• Works with functional teams from initial concept development to final production and distribution.
• Manages individual projects beginning with internal briefings, managing timelines, and scheduling work-back schedules, budget management, supplier coordination, reviewing specs, recommending production alternatives, and maintaining quality production standards.

Cost Control

• Manages both individual projects as well as groups of projects to stay within stated budgets.
• Estimates all aspects of project development.
• Acts as a liaison among managers (Image Design, Marketing, product design, etc.) and outside agencies.
• Communicates project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and graphic materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience.
• If no bachelors, looking for 7-8 years of experience.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Suite.
• Previous client experience a plus but if not, experience with other sportswear companies is nice to have.
• Experience working in screen print is also nice to have but not required.
• CLO 3D fashion design software is nice to have.
• Efficient on Mac laptop and Microsoft office.
• Strong communications, working with Graphic designers and factory partners.
• Passion for Sportswear and streetwear is required.
