SUMMARY
As a Graphic Designer at Hart, you will help transform concepts into compelling visual solutions across a variety of mediums. You must be both imaginative and detail-oriented, with the ability to craft design work that is not only beautiful, but conceptually sound. By blending independent creativity with team collaboration, you’ll help create work that elevates our clients’ brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize and design creative assets that align with brand guidelines and client objectives
- Translate creative direction into engaging, effective design solutions across digital, social, branding, and print
- Work both independently and collaboratively with other Designers, Copywriters, Art Directors and Creative Directors in the production of creative materials
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging platforms to bring fresh perspectives to the team
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or visual communication
- 1-3 years of professional design experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work across multiple mediums
- High-level Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation software (Keynote and PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of design for web, digital, and social platforms
