Creative & Marketing Manager | UI/UX & Brand Strategy | Driving Growth Through Design + Digital Marketing
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (On-site only)
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 / year (based on experience)
Company: Forecast Sales, Inc. – parent company of IDS Blast, Pirate Brand, Mouron POS, and Yardarm Fabrication
Forecast Sales is looking for a versatile, energetic, and creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team at our Indianapolis headquarters. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, hands‑on environment where no two days look the same.
You’ll support multiple industrial brands — from blasting equipment and fabrication to point‑of‑sale fixtures — designing everything from product catalogs and web graphics to social media content and print collateral. You’ll also pitch in with our in‑house print shop, helping produce manuals, flyers, and other materials on our digital print equipment.
This is not a sit‑behind‑the‑desk‑all‑day job. We need someone who’s comfortable moving around, capturing quick video clips, talking with shop staff, and bringing our products and people to life on camera.
While we’re prioritizing candidates who already have strong design and media skills, we’re fully prepared to train the right person in new areas like web, social video, motion graphics, or AI design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Layout: Design for web, email, print, packaging, and marketing campaigns across several brands.
- Catalog & Print Production: Prepare layouts and files for print; assist with catalog production and design consistency.
- In‑House Print Shop: Operate and assist with printing and finishing manuals, flyers, and other collateral.
- Content Capture: Take short video clips and photos in our facilities for Reels, Shorts, and other social content.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand design systems for each of our divisions.
- Photo Editing: Retouch, crop, and prepare images for product listings and marketing use.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative & Marketing Manager, developer, and content creator to meet weekly deadlines.
- Task & File Management: Organize assets, maintain shared folders, and update Asana project boards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in‑house preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required).
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, team‑driven environment.
- Outgoing personality — comfortable interacting with others and gathering social content.
- Must be able to work on‑site daily in Indianapolis.
Bonus Skills (or Areas We’ll Train You In)
- Motion & Video: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or vlog‑style content editing.
- Email Design: Klaviyo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Web Graphics: BigCommerce or Squarespace design basics.
- AI Tools: MidJourney, generative AI design workflows.
- Photography: Product lighting, photo prep, and editing best practices.
👉 Don’t have every skill listed here? Please apply anyway. If you bring strong design fundamentals, enthusiasm, and curiosity, we’ll fully train you in the rest.
