They are looking for a Senior Director of PR & Influencer Marketing, to bring fresh thinking and high-level execution to their client partnerships.
The Role
The Senior Director, Public Relations and Influencer Marketing will serve as a senior leader and client partner, developing and executing innovative earned media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance for beauty and wellness brands. You’ll oversee a talented team, lead data-driven strategies, manage high-profile accounts, and work cross-functionally to ensure integrated marketing campaigns deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations
- Lead the development and execution of strategic PR campaigns for beauty and wellness clients
- Build and nurture strong relationships with media, editors, and industry tastemakers
- Secure consistent top-tier press coverage across digital, print, and broadcast channels
- Oversee press releases, media pitches, brand storytelling, and crisis communications
Influencer Marketing
- Develop influencer strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with key creators, tastemakers, and thought leaders
- Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end: briefing, content creation, approvals, tracking, and reporting
- Stay ahead of emerging platforms, trends, and talent in the beauty and wellness space
Events & Experiences
- Conceptualize and oversee high-impact brand events, launches, and experiential activations
- Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver events that generate buzz and media attention
- Ensure flawless event execution, from guest list management to media attendance to post-event coverage
Leadership & Client Management
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 2–4 direct reports
- Serve as senior point of contact for high-profile clients, providing strategic counsel and thought leadership
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships through clear communication, confidence, and results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in earned media, PR, influencer marketing, and/or event management, preferably within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries
- Proven track record leading successful, high-profile PR and influencer campaigns
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring and growing teams
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate with clarity and impact
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships with confidence and poise
- Deep media and influencer relationships within beauty, wellness, and lifestyle
- Experience overseeing events from concept through execution
- Agile, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

The base pay range for this role is $140,000-$150,000 per year.
