Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on marketing professional to lead the execution of Dozee’s marketing initiatives in the U.S. market. This role requires someone energetic, creative, and execution‑driven — capable of running digital campaigns, coordinating events, managing on‑ground activities, and building Dozee’s visibility among key healthcare stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns targeting SNFs and other healthcare facilities across digital, event, and direct channels. Manage lead generation activities — including paid ads, SEO, webinars, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Plan and execute on‑ground marketing — trade shows, conferences, facility events, and healthcare forums. Oversee CRM usage (HubSpot or similar) to manage lead pipelines, track campaign ROI, and ensure seamless collaboration with the sales team. Support brand communication — develop content for newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership posts. Coordinate with creative teams and vendors for content, design, and event collateral. Research market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities in the SNF and healthcare space. Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations to improve impact. Qualifications 5‑8 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or B2B technology. Proven experience in digital campaign execution, event marketing, and CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple campaigns and events with tight deadlines. Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills. A self‑starter with a hands‑on mindset, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience engaging with healthcare providers, SNFs, or institutional buyers is a plus.
